Welcome

Since 2017, the SCF regional office has been recognizing promising young scientists, selected as Jeunes talents in Chemistry following a thorough selection process conducted by the regional office. The office awards thesis prizes, technical prizes, and prizes for science communication. The RJ-SCF, for its part, awards internship prizes.

The winners will present their work at the Journée des Jeunes Talents de la Chimie, which will take place on June 12th, 2026, on the campus Pierre et Marie Curie at Sorbonne Université. The event will also feature booths where science communication actors will present their initiatives, as well as a plenary lecture by Claire de March (Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles, Paris Saclay University).
